This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made from Craftora by Porshia (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Products

All products sold by Craftora by Porshia are handmade items. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, design, or finishing may occur. These variations are not considered defects or manufacturing faults.

2. Return Policy

We do not offer returns after delivery has been completed.

Customers are allowed to inspect the product at the time of delivery only. If there is a clear issue such as:

  • The wrong product delivered, or

  • Visible major damage at the time of delivery

The customer must immediately inform the delivery personnel and contact us at the same time.

Once the delivery has been accepted and the courier has left the premises, the order will be considered final and no return requests will be accepted.

3. No Exchange Policy

Craftora by Porshia does not offer exchange services under any circumstances.

Please review product descriptions, sizes, colors, and details carefully before placing your order.

4. No Return for Handmade Variations

Since all products are handmade:

  • Minor design differences

  • Slight color variation due to lighting or screen display

  • Small finishing variations

shall not be considered valid reasons for return or refund.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable and approved at the time of delivery, will be processed as follows:

  • For bKash payments, refunds will be sent to the provided bKash number.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund processing (if approved) will be handled via bKash.

Refund processing may take 3–7 business days.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before shipment confirmation. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

7. Final Decision

Craftora by Porshia reserves the full right to make the final decision regarding any return or refund request.
